Where are we from?
Our experience comes from years of working with some of the leading national & international market leaders in their field. Our experience covers mail order, inventory, industrial tools, capital equipment sales, industrial b2b marketing, work force planning, customer service & quality control.
Our Head Office is in Bury, Greater Manchester but we deliver training throughout the UK.
What do we do?
Our courses are based on those we have been using for over 5 years in our direct marketing business, where we need to be able to use a range of skills to meet the demands of our clients.
The consultancy services that we offer are based on our years of experience. We work with business of all size & in many different sectors.

How do we do it?
Our training is structured to deliver practical development for employees & individuals who wish to learn new skills or to add to their existing skills with additional training.
Typically our courses are a day long, each course uses a combination of presentations, practical workshops & role play. Each attendee will complete there own workbook that they take away with practical examples & content relevant to their own business.
Where do we do it?
Our training courses are either hosted by us at one of our trusted partner locations through out the UK or we can deliver in house training. We use locations that offer great facilities, including on site parking & great catering.
